International Fast Food Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這美心旗下間招牌雲吞還不錯吃，算是可以暫時填飽肚子。店裡座位很不多，桌子也挺寬敞的。剛開始看到價格都覺得還好，價錢合理。我超喜歡吃上海菜肉雲吞。雖然弄【菜肉雲吞】其實也不複習，只是要花上一點時間和氣力去剁白菜，以猪肉搭配切丝的青江菜，通常体积较大，而且去美心吃自家製的大大份的【雲吞】餡料新鮮，正宗皮薄餡靚。雲吞即叫即淥，一咬爆汁，菜及豬肉比例剛好，另一款【魚卷】，味鮮順滑，有水準，吃到覺得很鹹，點了【凍檸檬茶】，但瀨粉份量略嫌太少 ...... 完全吃不飽。
