To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去過奧海城，今次去，發覺啲餐廳靚咗好多。我揀咗呢間好有歐陸情懷嘅habitu去chill一chill。 年初三，一於食好啲。我地兩個人叫左兩個主菜同兩杯飲品。蕃茄肉醬寬麵 $158香烤厚切豬鞍扒 $198巴西苺玫瑰咖啡 $54玫瑰錫蘭奶茶 $46我一直都好鍾意佢哋嘅玫瑰錫蘭奶茶，不過相比起早幾年，我覺得今次嘅玫瑰味淡咗好多。另外，蕃茄肉醬闊麵都好驚喜，闊麵嘅口感俾我覺得係用手打，好有𡁻頭。不過最驚喜都係呢個厚切豬鞍扒，塊扒有一吋厚，但係裏面啲肉好嫩滑，我真係未食過咁好味嘅厚切豬鞍。另外，餐廳內座位舒適，我下次一定會再去。
