To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時唔多食早餐，但係一住酒店，就會非常之期待佢哋嘅早餐。疫情期間住過唔少酒店，有啲真係慘不忍睹，今次黎到Ritz-Carlton，簡直就係靚枱，靚景，靚早餐😋大酒店當然有egg station，有烚蛋，即制omelette等等。中式方面有蝦餃，燒賣，叉燒包，黑松露包，炒麵，楊州炒飯，牛肉粥，驚喜嘅係有炸饅頭，選擇非常之多，亦都係好味。冷盤有ham，煙三文魚，芝士，cereal，yogurt，各式水果。葉盤有薯餅，香腸，蔬菜，teriyaki salmon，真係眼花撩亂。仲有多款靚靚pastries俾你選擇，由於太興奮，掛住食無影相，大家如果嚟呢度Staycation，記住要book有埋早餐嘅package。
