To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 這間店舖在五樓，窗外望到崇光百貨的大螢幕，好像在看電視一樣，十分有趣。用電子Gulu排隊，又可以用手機下載程式點餐，大公司果然資源充足。店小二，心口掛上名字，加分。沙爹勁脆厚切吉列豬扒飯，$67，我覺得沙爹比白咖喱好吃，吉列豬排，很脆，肉勁厚，有點怪。凍檸茶加$15，有點貴。終於用了上次的現金券，感覺良好。
