To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於今晚約咗好朋友食日式放題,所以我們就諗著喺「大快活」食個份量唔算太多嘅下午茶!我們叫咗個餐肉煎蛋公仔麵拼原隻燒鷄翼,點知一睇到出嚟呢份餐就嚇到我們呆晒兼超級失望呀!因個麵係完全無烹煮過,原個生麵上碟,而且湯底仲要係唔熱㗎,咁請問溫水點樣可以將啲麵浸熟?難度啲麵真係可以唔駛煮,係真正嘅「即食麵」?而且湯底嘅味道係極之鹹,就算我加一杯滾水落去,啲湯都仲係超鹹,真係太過份喇!至於午餐肉同鷄蛋亦煎到又乾又「嚡」,而原隻燒鷄翼就好似營養不良咁!唉⋯⋯就算喺街邊嘅茶檔都唔會出啲咁差嘅嘢畀我!以咁大個連鎖大集團今時今日咁嘅出品,真係「差!差!差!」
