3/9今日中午我們約咗Uncle Auntie又係去我們嘅老地方「唐宮中餐廳」飲中午茶!我們叫咗蜂巢雜錦芋角嘅外層炸得好酥脆,入面嘅香芋蓉好芳香軟滑!滷水掌翼滷得好入味,而肉質就好嫩滑!瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得好乾身同鑊氣十足,而且餡料亦好足料豐富!榨菜魚崧燜米燜得好惹味,魚崧嘅肉質好爽口彈牙!杞子竹笙浸時蔬嘅菜苗好青嫩,加埋啲杞子令到湯底嘅味道更加清甜,而竹笙就吸收晒湯底嘅清甜味!市橋鯪魚燒賣一開始睇到點心紙上寫已經覺得好特別,因平日食開嘅通常都係用豬肉嚟做嘅燒賣,但呢個係用鯪魚肉嚟做,食落感覺相當爽滑彈牙,而且味道都幾鮮味,頂層仲有一片臘腸,夾埋一齊嚟食,令到味道更加甘香!香脆蝦多士雖然炸得好金黃香脆,但就超級油膩,因一咬落去就成口都係油,而蝦肉嘅肉質都幾爽甜彈牙!靈芝菇鷄絲腸嘅腸粉好晶瑩嫩滑,至於餡料嘅靈芝菇鷄絲都係淡而無味,所以要沾豉油嚟食,先可以叫做有啲味!彩蛋小蔥拌豆腐嘅豆腐極之滑溜,皮蛋亦好軟滑甘香,再加埋啲小蔥碎一齊食,令到味道更加芳香!
