To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不想去千篇一律的商場與食店，便去了西環的舊區周圍逛逛和找尋美食，路過這店已有不少人在等候，周記總令我想起某電台的廣播劇18樓x座，這食店結合了點心和茶餐廳内的特色美食，等了十五分鐘終於可以入內，地方不算大，只有十一二張枱，坐位也有點窄， 但好彩牆邊有些舊相和油畫作裝飾，把視線轉移了，一些相更是西環舊街景， 好懷舊 ，看了餐牌叫了茶餐和點心的各項推介，點心有燒賣、蝦餃、糯米雞和牛肉，前3樣味道一般，無警喜，但牛肉較鲜味，值得推介，茶餐的食物方面叫了兩款，一是香芋流沙西多士，多士軟硬適中， 切開後香芋流心流出超香濃，入口 還帶著陣陣椰子香配合得天衣無縫，另一款是蝦多士,入口一咬以下,面頭的芝麻加上底下鬆脆的多士，和中間美味的蝦膠配合得令人一試難忘，另外店員熱情的招待，令客人想再回來。
