To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講起西多士！一定會諗起茶餐廳~麵包夾住花生醬 搽上牛油同淋上糖漿！係細個經常會食嘅下午茶！但係自從知道左西多士勁爆卡路里一直都少食為妙！但係論西多士！一直都有聽過周記點心！依到係一間茶餐廳同點心Cross over嘅食店！將傳統點心配合一啲新奇嘅茶餐廳菜式！而今次咁岩去開西環！就一於一嚐聞名已久嘅流心西多！第一份嚟嘅係奶黃流心西多！切左一刀之後 入面嘅奶黃就即刻急不及待地湧哂出嚟！我都快快手影左張相就即刻開動了！西多士夠香脆 而奶黃味亦好濃郁仲食到粒粒蛋黃！跟住食到咁上下 就到芝麻蝦多士啦！總共有4件蝦多士每件都釀入非常飽滿嘅蝦膠！而一面係沾滿哂芝麻 所以食落十分香口！多士又係炸得好夠脆 蝦嘅部分都食得好滿足！總括嚟講周記嘅多士係十分有驚喜！係下午茶嘅好選擇希望下次再試下其他口味嘅流心西多同埋點心！
