To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說剛路過樂富商場B區,老公話想食焗一哥豬扒飯,我自己唔想食咁多肉,見到有素菜肉絲扒豆腐,餐牌張相幾好,似炸了的布包淋滑豆腐,結果,取餐後發現佢嘅賣相嚇親人,現街邊兩餸飯都不如,食落去仲驚嚇,米係比劣等好少少,豆腐原來係長形薄身,炸到又干又硬嗰種巨難食,5或6元成本收了$53連飲品,而老公焗豬扒飯是用外賣盒上的,唔知焗了多久,焗到出曬倒汗水,豬扒的質感只可以用 梅淋來形容!唯祗有影我那份餐,真實個案,並無虛言!最後,地方清潔都是欠佳, 兩張座椅全部是乾了的茶漬!未食過咁差的分店
