Came across with this cafe when searching for Japanese-vintage funiture in Hong Kong, and we genuinely enjoyed our dinning experience here! The 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 was really dense and creamy, with a subtle sweetness from the vegetables, great to pair with the sourdough slices. Despite soaking inside the soup, the 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 were not too pulpy, tasted like some sort of ravioli! The 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞 seems a bit too small at this price but judging from the taste alone was a really good one - strong 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 flavour ending with the unique aroma of 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 *ˊᵕˋ)੭

尋找日式古董家具店時偶然地發現了這家cafe, 不但室內裝修很美, 整個用餐體驗也很高質素, 店主應該花了不少心思在經營呢( ´▽｀) 大根用鰹魚湯煮過, 味道清甜感覺很清新! 主菜選了花椰茶白味噌湯, 咸湯帶淡淡的蔬菜甜味, 質地濃稠綿密配面包很好喝! 野菜餃子有點像ravioli, 外皮有一點點厚度所以浸在湯裏也不會軟爛, 皮和餡的比例剛剛好 ⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 飲品份量有點少, 性價比不太高, 但黑芝麻味超濃郁, 最後才嘗到焙茶的餘韻, 還是很值得一試!
Look at how lovely and photogenic their desserts were! A thick layer of fresh whipping cream stuffed in the fluffy and spongy bun, the 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐧 was no doubt a must-order for the gram! In terms of the taste, I am not sure why but the bun tastes a bit like a donut to me(?) Personally prefer the 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 which was really rich in hojicha flavour but not overly-sweet, pairing with the fresh cream on top gave the perfect balance! .
只是看甜品的賣相就已經在流口水了(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 鬆軟的麵包中間是厚厚一層很幼滑的鮮忌廉, 味道是日式比較偏甜, 有雲尼拿香的鮮忌廉, 麵包帶點甜甜圈的油漬味(?), 同行的媽媽很喜歡但不太合我口味( ･᷄-･᷅ ) 反而很喜歡他們的焙茶芝士蛋糕!! 口感扎實焙茶味很濃郁但不苦澀, 蛋糕不太甜配上鮮忌廉味道就剛剛好, 吃完整塊都不膩!
Seldom write about interior design but this cafe definitely deserves it! Stepping into this cafe gives you the instant feeling of traveling back in time to old Japan ( ´▽｀) The whole premise is divided into two areas: the outlet for japanese-style vintage funitures and cutlery; and the dimmed dinning area at the back. Most of the funitures are made by wood, in simplistic design which constitute the soothing and relaxing atmosphere. .
平日很少花大篇幅介紹cafe的裝潢, 但實在太喜歡這裏的氣氛, 很想跟大家分享♡ 走進這間cafe真的有種穿越到古代日式洋食店的感覺!! 店內分成兩部分: 一推門進去映入眼簾的是擺放整齊的日式古董家具和餐具, 再走進去才是用餐的地方( ´▽｀) 大部分家具都是原木製, 設計簡潔看著很舒服~ 用餐的位置刻意調暗了燈光, 令人感覺特別放鬆( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ )
