To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天放假，來 Dolce 買 takeaway 囘去。小小的店舖，有幾個窗邊高椅座位可看到外面景色。我們買了一個細薄餅 Pizza with Scottish Smoked Salmon, Avruga Caviar ($160) 和一份牛肉三文治 Reuben Sandwich ($95)。薄餅製作需時，要提早落order，約好時間來取。因爲外賣，開吃時薄餅已經涼了，但依然很香芝士味。用焗爐烤熱後，薄餅皮回復鬆脆，雖然煙三文魚和魚子醬的配搭偏鹹，但淡淡的芝士平衡了味道，還襯托出海鮮味；爽脆的菠菜葉和洋葱也為薄餅帶來清新的感覺，更豐富了口感。牛肉三文治超讚，烤熱後黑麥土司外脆内軟，夾著層層的牛肉片，伴以千島醬、瑞士芝士和酸泡菜，每一啖都超滿足。
