To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話咁快就已經秋冬嘞，當然唔少得一個暖笠笠嘅火鍋啦🤩 最近位於城景酒店既泰式餐廳amazing，做緊泰式火鍋任食套餐。只需要268蚊一位就可以食到😋 有好幾種特色嘅泰式湯底可以選擇。今次我哋就揀咗佢哋嘅秘製冬陰功鮮蝦湯！湯頭方面冬陰公嘅酸辣味道超開胃，配搭埋椰奶同鮮蝦令到成個湯底好濃郁香滑，而又保留到蝦嘅鮮味。肉類選擇方面都算豐富，牛、豬、雞、鮮蝦、墨魚各種都有，而且仲有少有嘅鱸魚。值得一讚嘅係，佢有美國牛小排肉，油脂豐富，肉質鮮嫩多汁。仲有手打鮮蝦丸同墨魚丸，爽口彈牙，口感豐富。佢哋嘅泰式式小食拼盤有好多唔同嘅特色小食，其中糯米釀雞翼真係非常唔錯👍炸至香脆嘅雞翼，包裹住暖笠笠又軟糯嘅糯米，口感層次豐富。另外仲可以加$68叫佢哋即叫即燒嘅串燒拼盤，非常值得一試！有豬肉、牛肉、雞肉串燒，肉質多汁嫩滑，表面有微微嘅焦香，再配咗個沙嗲汁，
