Another highlight of their special tasting menu is their 🥩wagyu foie gras sando! The addition of foe gras made a huge difference, that rich buttery sensation worked wonders with the thinly battered wagyu and crispy toast! 鵝肝和牛三文治係另一個大賣點,鵝肝超軟化多汁,連埋吉列和牛嘅脆皮,令成份三文治都升華咗!👍🏻
I was also very impressed by the wagyu shiso tempura, the wagyu beef at the centre was tender and juicy and I was honestly surprised by how good it tasted with the unique flavour of shiso and the crispy outer batter! 和牛紫蘇天婦羅都超有驚喜,鮮嫩嘅和牛原來配上紫蘇葉獨特的香味,再加埋香脆嘅外層,原來可以有咁正嘅效果😍
To finish off, we had fresh strawberries 🍓 and a milk pudding topped with brown sugar! 最後仲有新鮮士多啤梨同埋黑糖牛奶布丁作結,真係大滿足呀🥰
