To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日在元朗吃高級料理,話說曾經搜尋過元朗美食,鮨文名列前茅,但為什麼竟然會選擇在元朗開業呢?真是有點隱世美食感覺。晚餐只有兩個價錢的套餐,我點了$1980那種。⭐️茶碗蒸上面有金箔,加入黑松露,喜歡黑松露的朋友會很喜歡,加上蛋係吃起來很滑。⭐️otsukuri 六點一共吃了六款刺身,款款新鮮,不少有驚喜,因為師傅用了炙燒,令魚更香更美味。最特別是食天婦羅青椒,別以為是普通的天婦羅,裡面放了明太子。師傅特別表明, 100隻青椒裏面只有一隻是辣的,最後我的那隻也不是辣的哈哈。旁邊還有我最喜歡的毛蟹,毛蟹上年加了蟹膏,蟹肉非常甜美,一口一口地吃真的很滿足。之後還吃了中拖羅,中拖羅剛剛好,油脂充沛。之後是非常肥美的大拖羅,入口就像在吃和牛,入口即化,既有魚的鮮美,又有口感。⭐️壽司 五貫我們還吃了金目鯛、黑鱸魚、活赤貝等壽司,質素很高。最特別是白蝦壽司,入口黏黏的,口感有點奇怪,但很甜。⭐️honjitsu no ippin之後食香魚,香魚都幾新鮮,燒完之後眼睛同口還是張開。看下去有點殘忍,魚肉都算甜美。⭐️雲丹盛之後就係品嚐馬糞海膽杯,由一瓣一瓣的海膽堆疊而成,海膽之多大概用了¼盒的海膽,份量非常足,
