To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前家人生日,而因大家工作互相遷就地點的關係,所以去了紅磡這家彩福皇宴一起吃晚餐因為這裏是其中一間婚宴專門店, 所以很多所以這裏的裝修和門面也很美麗和新淨夜晚餐人流也不少,最好訂位後才去,今次沒先訂位因而等了大概十多分鐘才能入座,不過吃完後覺得很值得而餐牌裡的款式也很多剛好碰上彩福龍蝦節, $88便可有一斤重的生猛 加拿大龍蝦按重量計算價錢 ,可選不同的吃法, 分別有上湯開邊焗及蒜蓉開邊蒸,我們另加淮山麵底$30蚊,粉絲底$20兩樣都絕配而且每隻龍蝦大概一斤重一點,超大隻很滿足很入味脆皮旺金南乳雞$70每次酒樓吃飯必選雞皮香脆雞肉嫩滑清蒸沙巴龍躉斑$148所蒸的熟度剛剛好魚肉很新鮮,鼓油熟油配合很入味孖寶E餐$248有薑蔥炒肉蟹+美極香煎海蝦真的很抵食兩款份量也很多,尤其是薑蔥蟹廚師很細心的先敲碎一點殼,讓吃的時候更方便快捷松子沙汁蜜桃青瓜蝦球$92一嚟到已很吸晴,蝦球上的醬不少,而蜜桃有很大舊,幾款配合起來很清新及鮮甜一家人吃得超飽很滿足地離開,也只是二百多元一位很抵食有機會再來吃
