今次已經係第四次嚟呢度打邊炉,因為每次嚟啲水準都好穩定,啲嘢好新鮮,所以打邊炉通常會嚟呢度。今次班friend 話想打邊炉,就推介咗呢間。我地嗌咗新鮮鵝腸,而家好少有咁正嘅鵝腸食,次次嚟都必食。手切本地牛肥瘦啱啱好,有牛味又唔會un。個湯底都好正,椰子鷄煲足料超正,我地差唔多飲晒啲湯先開始打。另外仲叫咗新鮮蟶子、即炸響鈴、黑松露蝦滑、黑柏葉,樣樣都好得。仲有台灣先有嘅水蓮菜,喺第度冇食過,嗌咗兩碟。
