今日下午我們喺大角咀附近做完嘢之後去咗已經有一段時間無嚟嘅「皇庭匯」旺角店飲下午茶!可能我們真係好耐無嚟,所以喺點心紙度睇到有多款新推出嘅點心!我們叫咗日式櫻花蝦煎薄罉同平日食開嘅唔同,因材料通常祇會有香蔥,但呢度就加咗櫻花蝦,令到味道多咗一番鮮味,而且煎得外脆內軟,質感相當煙韌彈牙,諗唔到中式嘅煎薄罉加埋日式嘅櫻花蝦,出嚟嘅效果會係咁好,真係創意十足!燒汁魚肉釀茄子算係我們每次嚟都會叫嘅,因魚肉好厚身同鮮味彈牙,夾埋軟滑嘅茄子,再淋上惹味嘅燒汁一齊食,真係超正呀!羅漢齋粉包一送到嚟嗰陣見到兩個超級加大碼嘅粉包,開頭以為祇有厚厚嘅粉包,點知一拆開嚟睇就見到有相當足料嘅餡料,真係好抵食呀!海螺片棉花鷄嘅份量多到滿瀉晒出嚟,頂層係兩片爽滑嘅螺片同蟹柳,中間係燜得好腍好入味嘅魚肚,而底層就舖滿晒嫩滑嘅鷄肉,真係好好味!百花玉子蒸豆腐嘅頂層係爽甜彈牙嘅蝦肉同豬肉,而底層就係滑溜嘅玉子,夾埋一齊食,層次感好特別!茶壺奶皇流沙包係眾多點心之中我們最期待㗎,因造型賣相係一個相當趣緻可愛迷你小茶壺,撕開一半見到入面有滿滿香甜濃郁而且非常軟滑嘅奶黃餡,係本人嘅必點推介!
