天氣凍咗,係時候要打下邊爐啦。今日同朋友玩完board game之後就去咗呢間旺角嘅火鍋店,見到個花膠雞煲幾吸引,就入去試下叫左半隻雞,睇個雞髀都知幾大隻下!每個鍋會跟一碟花膠個雞湯一到,梗係趁未變油之前飲一碗喇,超香濃,配埋滑滑溜溜既花膠,真係好滋潤。配料都幾多野簡,見到少見既鴕鳥肉,叫左一碟試下鴕鳥肉食落去似牛肉同豬肉之間,但肉質比較淋,幾新鮮既嘗試推介呢款芝士牛丸,牛味香濃又彈牙,入面有好多芝士!叫咗蟹子墨魚滑同手打墨魚丸,有淡淡既墨魚香,口感彈牙
