話說係尖沙咀做完facial,想搵D啱一個人獨丁丁食嘅餐廳,身為芝士控嘅我就忽然諗起新記芝士麵醫肚🧀-豬頸肉芝士撈丁$50以前新記芝士麵係用卡夫芝士、巴馬臣芝士同忌廉芝士製成嘅,顔色偏奶白色。但今次食,芝士味道比以前更香濃,顔色係黃色,原來再加咗車打芝士,唔怪得好味過之前,賣相更吸引👍🏻每一條麵條都有濃濃芝士,溶度剛好!-至於豬頸肉都係我每次必點😋店家會先用椰糖、花奶、老抽醃製超過一日,再將豬頸肉由生肉燒至熟透,成塊肉都帶焦香,個邊好香脆,肉質爽口!真係不可以錯過呀👍🏻-一個公仔麵雖然份量唔多,但有芝士加持,一定會食得夠飽😋(呀呀呀食完呢碗,又要跑返二十個圈先抵銷返😝)
