To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日晚上七點入席，二人叫了幾樣小菜、片皮鴨反羊肉湯麵，全部欠缺水準，非常咸。除了擺盤比較精緻外，片皮鴨正常，其他餸菜味道非常趕客。最恐怖既地方係我哋當日被安排戶外位置，隔離多枱客人逐漸離座，但多枱枱面碗碟擺放大半個小時以上無人收拾，枱與枱間距近，向員工反映只表示因為忙碌無閑收拾。食店環境非常倒胃口，亦欠缺衛生，想考驗腸胃既朋友可以一試。
