To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超難食啲早餐

突然想食個傳統茶記早餐，諗住去返有咁上下歷史嘅茶記會穩陣，都唔係食特別野，只係沙嗲牛肉米加凍檸茶少甜，沙嗲牛嚟到個賣相已經令我打個突，真心第一次見腸仔煎蛋唔係另上而係放埋一齊，浸淋晒嘅感覺好差，牛肉又厚切味道又普通，食到我失去意志但又怕唔飽，諗住食埋個馳名菠蘿包打底，個菠蘿包係好重秤並非空氣包，可惜唔暖又唔脆好似食緊粉團咁，杯檸茶係大杯抵飲嘅不過少甜後又鬼咁苦跟本唔想飲，好後悔太子咁多茶記唔揀偏偏揀正中伏嗰間 so sad
