今日老公去咗練跑,即刻約細妹去食懷石料理Omakase。都唔係第一次食呢間,每次都有驚喜,呢度同大家分享下。先黎一個前菜,d泡泡係青萍果味分子料理,幾開胃。呢個叫北極光流星,上菜碟係廚師自己畫既畫背景,幾特別,打卡好靚,四樣食材,跟建議次序食係帶有果香味既龍蝦,上面有d似瑤柱既配料,之後紫薯做既果凍、紅豆八爪魚同用櫻花蝦做既蝦芋。跟住呢個係冬天decoration, 有3款魚生,第一款係𩶘魚配柚子味既醬料,第二款係薄切深海池魚,入口即化,最後係火炙梭子魚,d油迫哂出嚟,入口香,幾款魚都好新鮮。再黎松葉蟹蓋,d蟹肉份量好多又鮮,夠哂熱,由中間食,好creamy, 外面炸得金香。呢碟係主廚負責,有四款,跟建議次序咁食,先食高溫慢煮北海道既帆立貝,連同野菌醬、意大利青瓜加d米通一口食,味道又脆又鮮,好滿足,跟住品嚐條叫目光魚,由尾食番到頭,好脆冇骨。有個北海道粟米波,食落唔算特別,最後有個蓮藕漬,呢碟整體唔錯。食完主菜,一個用北海道糯米配法國黑松露記意大利飯再配一個麵豉湯,食落味道都好唔錯。最後甜品好有心思,沿用冬天做主題,用碟同放紅豆mochi既盒做左漫天飛雪既景象。甜品味道都唔錯,有青萍
