搵左呢間打卡餐廳,睇相已經覺得好靚,食物又好吸引,今日就試下先前菜:生牛肉他他x蝦餅未試過生牛肉真係可以一試,口感好特別,淋淋地軟軟地,好似有啲生洋蔥,同埋有10年陳醋,酸酸地又幾開胃,蝦餅脆卜卜主菜:龍蝦汁蟹肉扁意粉呢道意粉真係太正啦,海膽粒同肥厚嫩滑既蟹肉,撒落滿滿既意粉之上。第一口就可以感受到海膽豐厚鮮甜的味道,搭配上意粉嘅彈牙質感,真係好飽足呀,而且價錢雖則唔俗,不過作為一道頂級既意粉,我都覺得物有所值,總之呢道意粉真係一大推,有機會真係要再嚟食埋佢主菜:加拿大豬鞍配蔬菜及覆盆子醬食評呢塊加拿大豬扒好似同平時我哋食既豬扒唔太一樣,因為佢好厚身同飽滿,而且肉質特別咸香!估計係加拿大人嘅調味秘技!煎熟之後,外皮酥脆,入口即溶,仲帶有少少焦香味,相當入味,今我一口接一口酒:Pattayas Rose呢款Pattayas Rose好香好甜,perfect 落夏日飲啫!酒精度適中,唔會太重口。Rose同埋檸檬草味道融洽,又唔會矯揉造作,酒精濃度唔算太勁,好易入口,重點係會點火,打卡一流酒:Pheromone呢款調酒好有特色!Ki no bi gin作為酒精底子,賦予酒款一種獨特嘅香氣。再
