To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次lunch time唔想諗食乜，米線係不二之選🤭今日天氣凍凍地，緊係辣一辣佢重拾溫暖啦😆呢個重慶酸辣湯底我已經encore 左好多次🤤如果唔太鍾意食酸嘅朋友仔，呢個湯底岩曬你因為我就係貪佢唔太酸。一打開已經聞到好香嘅酸辣味，每次食襯我D同事一定俾佢嘅香味吸引到走過嚟望下我食咩😂千祈唔好俾佢嘅顏色嚇到，其實只係3小辣（最低辣度）今次叫左雞肉同滷水豬大腸，譚仔嘅雞肉做得幾好👍🏻豬大腸都好入味食完呢個湯底，我包你番唔到轉頭食普通嘅麻辣湯底😆🤪

一打開已經聞到好香嘅酸辣味，每次食襯我D同事一定俾佢嘅香味吸引到走過嚟望下我食咩😂千祈唔好俾佢嘅顏色嚇到，其實只係3小辣（最低辣度）
