Blooms Coffee (合和中心) (Closed)

經過合和中心，原來呢度都有blooms coffee, 入去chill下都好喎！一入到黎，原來係連埋BMW車展，超驚喜！店員好專業，又介紹下咖啡。一邊睇車一邊嘆啡。Blooms 同BMW crossover嘅Signature Drink，Osmanthus oolong tea 先係blood orange汁做底，桂花烏龍味道清淡，tonic 甜甜地，三層色彩分明，上面仲有桂花瓣添。Caramelized apple tarte 可以焗一焗，好似Apple crumble, 一嚟到已經係焦糖化嘅香味，食落暖笠笠。
