To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超驚喜waffle良心小店 ARF cafe

又來到一週最期待的環節～話說我和友人已差不多把山道的cafe全吃一遍 這次來到位於保德街的ARF cafe～-🌟-Sea Salt Caramel Waffle $75其實白熊小編不是超喜歡甜點 但是這個我覺得很～可～以😍waffle外脆內軟 面頭淋上caramel sauce 再伴上海鹽焦糖雪糕真的是雙重享受🤓 旁邊還有焦糖香蕉 整體來說不算太甜 2個人share很ok!!Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel $68因為一心想吃waffle所以另一個餐點不吃太多了（吸取上次教訓…)煙三文魚感覺不太新鮮 cream cheese的味道不太夠 沙律菜的部分略嫌苦🥲Mix Berries & Lychee Smoothie $68味道還好 但還有很多（偏大的）碎冰Homemade Berry Soda $45整體偏酸 裏面有很多莓莓 還好🍓-🌟-小店沒有加一服務費 所以我覺得服務偏差 例如我們問可不可以給我們碟子店員只拿一個說不提供sharing plate…問店員拿餐具也只給我們一份（有點傻眼）有可能是今天心情不好吧🤣但是waffle真的是很推薦！
