今晚嚟到上環嘅鋿晶館,鋿晶館一向出名係即場手作點心,但我哋今次試咗小菜,水準真係一流!一入去就見到成個魚缸,啲海鮮睇落非常新鮮。首先,點咗雙拼燒腩仔同叉燒。叉燒分分鐘係我近期最好食嘅,半肥瘦嘅比例啱啱好,肉質腍滑,配埋甜甜地嘅蜜餞,入口即化。燒腩仔更加係出色,脆皮卜卜聲,肉同脂肪完美融合,再加上少少芥辣醬,味道層次即刻提升。之後叫咗金沙大蝦球,呢道菜絕對值得一試!大蝦球外面均勻包住鹹蛋黃,炸得啱啱好,唔會過鹹又帶淡淡金沙香,蝦肉彈牙,咬落去非常爽口。北菇扒豆苗亦都係另一道經典菜式。北菇厚實,炆得好腍,豆苗嫩滑無渣,好鮮甜,非常清新。最後試咗京都焗肉扒。酸酸甜甜嘅京都骨開胃之餘,肉排亦都煎得剛剛好,配搭菠蘿更加突出佢嘅酸甜味。鋿晶館嘅出品咁有水準,原來係因為師傅喺日本東京富麗華同多間米芝蓮餐廳有豐富經驗,難怪每道菜都咁出色!
