一向幾鍾意食omakase ,師傅會以最時令新鮮嘅食材去炮製美食,每次都有拆禮物嘅感覺~先嚟前菜黑梅貝 旨煮池香魚浸煮茄清啫喱 (青瓜 、南瓜 、番茄),呢個好得意,三粒分別係呢三隻蔬菜味珠珠,酸酸地好fresh,食完胃口大開!油口魚分別卷左湯頁同麵鼓太刀魚用鹽燒,好香八爪魚,厚身,彈牙,唔痴牙白子北海道馬糞海膽、魚子、津菜,口感滑溜,海膽好新鮮,魚子喺口內爆發~好鮮甜鮑魚,鮑魚肝醬,大愛呢個!鮑魚糖心肥美,比左一舊飯團撈肝醬食,超美味!比較少食秋刀魚刺身,分別綴以豉油同蔥蓉,魚油豐富。再嚟熟食燒魚,伴蘿蔔蓉、秋葵,比一般燒魚肉質更滑、炸菜漬,好特別,坊間少見~過去好抗拒食鰹魚,原來係廚師烹調問題!呢碟令我愛上左!鰹魚燒 一片生,一片半熟,夾左蒜片同20年大根,只可用肥美嚟形容!另一片以豉油漬醃左再伴黃芥辣,更能帶出魚嘅鮮味!而且居然唔腥!全晚重頭戲係吉列和牛,先將和牛慢煮到3成熟再炸,再配以黑松露片,吉列和牛處於爆汁狀態!夾雜住陣陣黑松露香,超級滿足!拌碟係法蓮菜配杏仁醬仲食左以下壽司,種類繁多,都係好新鮮同唔腥!金目鯛深海池魚赤鯥魚鰤魚野生油甘魚右口魚邊拖羅魚肉露筍真丈雞湯,肉丸好

煎茶布甸,充滿茶香同奶香,個人認為師傅只賣呢個布甸都可以打響名堂,因為實在好味過好多甜品店嘅布甸!
