朋友話發現到間高質和牛👍🏻,所以我哋就去試試~入到去見到係用omakase型式嚟食和牛懷石料理😍,可以近距離見到👨🏻‍🍳廚師製作每道精緻菜式,完全係賞心悅目吖~而佢哋嘅廚師、經理都係🇯🇵日本人,識講英文同小小普通話,所以同客人溝通完全冇難度,而且廚師好搞笑盞鬼。🤵🏻‍♀️侍應方面就緊係識講日文、廣東話、英文,佢哋服務態度非常好,仲好細心,會講解每道菜式嘅用料,同埋有啲溫馨小提示,完全係💯嘅體驗。而今餐用嘅係鹿兒島小田和牛而級數係A4-A5級別。🎐冷鉢開胃嘅第一道菜,稍為灼一灼過嘅牛肉,加上日本蕃茄同山藥,再配埋酸酸甜甜醋啫喱,最後仲有烏魚子。🎐座付用黑薩摩雞同牛慢火燉煮而成湯,睇落好清嘅湯,配上水葵、柚子同柔嫩牛舌,清香鮮甜。🎐凌ぎ有2款和牛壽司,一款比較生啲嘅配上魚子醬,食佢最原本嘅鮮嫩,一款就稍微燒過嘅配上店家自製嘅蘋果醬汁。🎐向付牛肉他他加上洋蔥、枝豆、北海道海膽、魚子醬,配以獻俾日本天王食用嘅海苔天婦羅。🎐溫物用嘅係小田和牛西冷部位製作壽喜燒,配埋松茸、溫泉蛋、香濃壽喜燒汁煮嘅洋蔥同埋米飯,最後係上菜前刨出松露片。加咗松露片嘅壽喜燒,令到每啖都食到壽喜燒嘅香濃之餘仲有松露菌香。🎐

🎐箸休
嚟個中場休息,青梅冰,用冰底配上青梅,清一清味蕾。
🎐強肴
有2款吉列三文治,分別配有北海道海膽同魚子醬,麵包上亦搽滿廚師調製嘅松露醬。
🎐替鉢
一打開有煙燻櫻花木香同煙飄出嚟,好有驚喜,牛肉底下放咗舊茄子,而側邊就有舊仿茄子既付。
🎐燒物
炭火燒和牛配上楊梅、杏鮑菇、青椒、毛豆、玉米筍、炸蒜、艾草付、青檸。另外仲配有柚子醋、柚子胡椒、西洋山葵點嚟食,平衡番油脂感。
🎐食事
冷素麵一啲都唔素吖,素麵爽滑,配埋牛尾凍、北海道海膽丶三文魚子、松子醬料,咸香鮮味,好想再食多碗。
🎐水菓子
最中餅配雪糕伴自家製布丁,今晚嘅雪糕係whisky口味,只有酒香並冇酒精成分,最中餅薄脆,加埋紅豆沙餡同whisky雪糕,香甜細膩,配埋自家製布丁,畫上完美句號。
