放工後相約友人吃飯,來到鰂魚涌站一出便看到此小店,決定試試小店氛圍很有居酒屋感覺,看到牆上寫著清酒放題,每位$128/2小時,非常吸引銀雪魚干 $38烤得香脆的魚干作開胃菜,啖啖都脆口惹味,份量很足有8塊,$38超值白磨菇$18/雞肝$28/銀杏$22/雞心$28/雞腎$28先來鳥串燒,陣陣炭烤味撲鼻很吸引,雞肝咬落嫩口,雞心和雞腎則非常爽口,重點是每串都不會燒過久,仍保留肉汁,正白磨菇和銀杏帶點牛油味,兩者都非常新鮮,磨菇味很濃,銀杏外脆內軟帶點苦味,兩者都很棒,推介!自家製免治雞肉棒$38老闆自己手打的免治雞肉棒,吃得出雞肉更嫩口,且帶脆骨,口感有層次且鮮味,配上特製醬汁及蛋黃,拌勻後沾來吃,超好吃鮮冬菇$18/魷魚$28/白金豚花肉$28鮮冬菇比白磨菇更多汁,但個人較喜歡白磨菇,因菇味較濃魷魚咬落Q彈,很香不會太老而最最推介的是白金豚花肉,完全不會有油膩感,咬落肉質脆口嫩滑秋葵$18/蕃薯仔$18燒得嫩口的秋葵和軟糯甜甜的蕃薯仔,來點燒蔬菜,中和光吃肉的油膩感脆辣炸芝士$38外面炸得超酥脆,裡面芝士香濃帶點辣味,邪惡地非常香口海苔炸魷魚$42同樣炸得香脆,粉漿不會過厚,彈牙的魷魚
