Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出席完朋友嘅行禮,夜晚就一齊黎呢間高質日本餐廳慶祝下。一全低老闆即刻出黎招呼我地,佢雖然係日本人但係啲廣東話都講得好好。因為都係慶祝朋友結婚,所以都想老闆介紹支酒俾我地,呢支酒叫咩名我就唔係好記得喇,但真係好好飲。之後我地想食魚生,老闆就拎咗個盒出黎,逐條魚介紹俾我地,啲魚真係超新鮮。一行五人叫咗三條魚刺生,加啲串燒同蛋,最後加多個真係必食嘅鰻生飯就夠食喇。呢個鰻生飯一味三食,老闆教哂我地點食,啲鰻魚燒到脆皮,我諗喺香港都好難食到咁高質嘅居酒屋。
