韓國好出名既炸雞店Puradak Chicken初嚟到香港時,見到大家形容佢係炸雞界嘅Prada🤣,心諗係咪真係咁勁啊?今次👧🏻同朋友喺奧海城睇完戲,終於有機會一試!🌟半半炸雞(有骨)炸雞口味眾多,今次就揀咗兩款口味,秘製黑醬同紫菜脆脆。用上原隻雞切件,先焗後炸,雞肉🍗嫩滑多汁,即使係雞胸位都唔會覺得太乾。秘製黑醬係用上蒜香醬油烤焗炸雞,醬油均勻地裹上雞件,唔會太熱氣又唔會太鹹。至於紫菜脆脆味就除咗有炸紫菜,略帶少少甜味,👧🏻嘅朋友就好鐘意呢款口味!🌟韓式烤牛肉拌飯Weekend Lunch都有套餐,韓式烤牛肉拌飯用石頭鍋上,份量頗多,熱辣辣送上仲有啲飯焦。配料除咗有牛肉片,仲有銀芽冬菇絲、蘿蔔絲、翠玉瓜、雞蛋,配上拌飯醬,係唔錯嘅選擇!小菜仲有銀魚乾、泡菜、豆角。🌟黑芝芝波一客有五件炸芝士球,外層有QQ口感,有啲似台式炸地瓜球嘅質感,內裏芝士鹹鹹甜甜🧀,估唔到有幾好食又唔會太Heavy!🌟炸紫菜粉絲卷出面都有得食嘅炸紫菜粉絲卷表現亦不錯,粉絲軟身,配上香脆紫菜,層次豐富。如果有額外醬汁點嚟食就更好!🌟青蘋果梳打午市套餐有得跟飲品,👧🏻就額外加$10選配梳打,解渴一流!
