🧊The oyster is huge in size and contained above some ice, so it’s well chilled! 🥶And when having it with the passion fruit sauce and jelly, 😎it’s so refreshing and appetising, which worth a try👏
🍷Braised red wine beef short ribs • Foie gras sauce ($268)🍷
🥩The rib is thick and easy to cut, 🔪the beef is rich in flavour, together with the foie gras and red wine sauce, it taste really delicious🍽️
🐟Seared halibut with scallion • Fish broth risotto ($188)🐟
🔥The halibut is slightly grilled and it melt in my mouth. 🎣The rice absorb the essence of the soup and fish oil, so it taste fresh, sweet and irresistible👅
🍨Salted egg yolk Ice cream • Tofu Ice Cream • Brown sugar bean curd crisp ($88)🍨
🫶This dessert is outstanding! 👄The texture of the salted egg yolk ice cream is great and super rich in flavour, ❄️ while the tofu ice cream is smooth and sorbet-like, which taste nice as well😍
