黑雨過後嘅晚上即刻出去食返餐好嘅 D2 place 新開嘅「Yoake夜明」風雨不改全日都有開 餐廳分咗兩邊 有天婦羅bar枱同埋壽喜燒吧枱今次我係食$980廚師發辦天婦羅餐前菜:和牛他他 上面有d紫蘇同埋summer truffle 一口咬落去脆脆同他他好夾 蒸蛋 呢個蒸蛋非常之滑 亦都好甜 上面仲有大量嘅蟹肉 係我食過最好味嘅蒸蛋啊今晚嘅天婦羅非常之豐富 首先有係魚缸新鮮撈上嚟嘅花竹蝦 蝦腳炸到脆卜卜 點咖喱鹽嚟食 蝦身肉質爽口海鰻魚肉好厚 而佢條骨炸到好脆 好似送酒嘅小食咁 食唔停口腐皮蝦膠 入面有用洋蔥冬菇粒炒香左 唔使點野就咁食都好味 北海道馬糞海膽 擺咗喺炸咗嘅紫菜上面食 海膽嘅Creamy 配埋好脆嘅紫菜 有兩個層次嘅味道 食到中段有舊青檸jelly清清個口再繼續野菜天婦羅有五種:舞茸菇,厚炸蓮藕,番薯,無花果,南瓜 我覺得最特別係無花果 炸咗嚟食完全同當生果食係唔同嘅感覺紫蘇和牛柳 紫蘇葉包住牛柳 點埋松露醬一齊食 入口即溶 食完天婦羅到壽喜燒啦 壽喜燒用咗北海道和牛 用左肉眼 望下個油脂分布都知道正啦 壽喜燒重點係要撈蛋汁食呀 呢度用咗高級 夢王蛋 橙紅色嘅蛋黃非常吸
