放假梗係要食好野啦,知棉登徑多嘢食,揀左嵐橋試下。成三層樓,地下係食丼飯,二樓有吧檯位,睇得到師傅整緊啲嘢食,有私人廚房feel.三樓係私人包間,成個環境都幾舒適。餐前小食:柚子冰頭漬$48 聽店員介紹番原來係三文魚頭眼周圍啲軟骨,幾得意,平時好少食到,個口感⺊⺊脆,好清爽彈牙,加埋柚子醋酸酸哋,好開胃。日本時令生蠔$84隻 隻生蠔係時間限定,menu度無。成隻蠔拳頭咁大,一口食埋,真係不得了,成口得個鮮字!一啲啲腥味都無,超滿足!無得輸。又嗌左一只牡丹蝦刺身$74,兩切油甘魚腩刺身$78 啲魚生質數好高,夠新鮮。牡丹蝦軟軟糯糯,好鮮甜。油甘魚腩夠肥,又厚又大,食落軟綿綿。👍🏻個價錢食到咁新鮮啲魚生都算抵食,值得一試。串燒都好好味~免治雞肉棒$48 雞肉棒超足料,食落有驚喜,啖啖都有雞軟骨,撈埋生雞蛋黃,勁順滑,正!
