銅鑼灣登龍街係港島好出名嘅食街,佐敦老字號粵菜酒家喺呢條食街開咗新店,等我又帶埋媽媽去試下先呢度設計原來係江南蘇坑風格,我哋坐嗰個位就好似坐緊喺艘船🛶裏面用餐咁,都幾古色古香🪭⭐即燒伊比利亞叉燒皇叉燒用有豬肉界和牛之稱嘅西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬烤焗,蜜味表面烤得夠焦香,中間嘅肉肥瘦適中肉質鬆軟得嚟夠多汁,真係有入口即溶嘅感覺,我好鍾意食呀⭐黑松露玻璃燒鵝色澤均勻而且烏黑亮麗嘅燒鵝真係第一次見,原來係用黑松露同秘製醬料醃製,經風乾後即叫即燒鵝皮下油脂豐盈,一咬開燒到好脆身嘅鵝皮,鵝油係口腔散發,肉嫩多汁,可蘸两款自家醬汁食用(酸甜黑松露醬、用鵝肉精華製嘅燒鵝汁)⭐蜜汁燒脆鱔遠少少睇好似燒肉🤣,外皮燒得夠脆身,鱔肉爽彈,估唔到蜜汁同鱔都幾夾,唧少少檸檬汁可以調和提鮮⭐ 糯米炒膏蟹呢個份量好足,成隻膏蟹係生炒糯米飯上面,蟹肉鮮味彈牙,蟹膏金黃色口感有少少軟糯好好味,糯米飯吸收晒蟹嘅鮮味,用砂鍋上鎖住鑊氣,鍋底仲有糯米飯焦,味道一流
