To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個月11號係爸爸生日，去左鯉魚門食海鮮(但到依家先記得寫食評...)一行7人，點左7個菜，我地真係誇張:椒鹽瀨尿蝦炒得好香好惹味，每人一隻，雖然瀨尿蝦已經好大隻，但食完都唔夠喉!不過要留肚食其他海鮮蒜容蒸扇貝簡直係我的最愛!蒜容好香，扇貝好鮮甜，好想好想食多幾隻呀!!!豉椒炒蟶子食落知道蟶子好新鮮，如果唔係會好腥而且蟶子每條都好長好肥美，又係好快清碟既一款海鮮清蒸石斑石斑肉質真係好滑，好鮮味，一分錢一分貨，完全唔擔心條魚會腥呀芝士焗龍蝦呢個龍蝦真係無得彈，超級濃厚的芝士，龍蝦入哂芝士味連埋d伊麵食真係好正，仲夠哂飽肚超級推介呢個芝士焗龍蝦呀!!!!椒鹽魷魚魷魚上到枱仲係熱辣辣，食落好香口好脆咕嚕肉由於家姐既女仲好細個，海鮮唔係好啱佢，所以都叫左個咕嚕肉比佢食我食左一件，估唔到都幾好食，咕嚕肉色澤金黃，炸完肉質仲幾嫩，甜甜酸酸味好啱小朋友食整體海鮮非常新鮮，烹調手法又好，可以保留海鮮原本既鮮味而且服務態度好好，坐得夠舒服，下次大時大節都會再選擇呢到(y)
