To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳主打蒸氣石煱,釆用野生海鮮,全部飛機貨,因為老闆做海鮮批發,海鮮方面的確質量有保證,保證新鮮。首先蒸氣消毒餐具,然後送上佐料及醬油。蒸喜之刺一夜干,是全港獨創用蒸的方法,可以先品嚐原味,或者加點醬料一齊食,可以食到兩種不同口味。魚肉有咸香味,吃落有啲啲似馬友。日本九孔鮑魚,鮑魚本身無味,沾上醬油更能帶出鮮味。鮑魚已經起肉,清洗乾淨,很嫩滑一點也不鞋口。日本野生大赤蝦,一定要食蝦頭,濃厚的蝦膏令人回味無窮,蝦肉比較松和甜,好爽口而且特別鮮甜。原隻野生青口,新鮮撈出,海水味夠重,不用沾醬油,原汁原味已經很夠味。紐西蘭刀貝,亦非常新鮮,肉地厚實,海水味較濃。澳洲青年龍蝦,肉質鮮嫩多汁,啖啖肉,非常新鮮美味。龍蝦肉鮮嫩不韌。蟹肉果然名不虛傳,肉質鮮嫩結實蟹膏香口,果然對得起蟹仙的稱號。粥底吸收蒸海鮮的精華,還有排骨、芋頭粒、菜甫、煮成充滿鮮味的粥。最後餐廳送上椰汁燕窩,非常飽,完美。
