話說我呢個月食左4次omakase!呢間餐廳係今個月試既最後一間😋餐廳位於上環,超近地鐵站,行2分鐘左右就到啦。首先一行入餐廳已經覺得地方好大好靚,有好多水晶燈,勁blingbling✨✨就連個廁所都好靚好岩打卡😎當日超熱,所以一坐低就嗌左杯梅酒飲。紀洲南高梅梅酒 $98係餐廳自家釀製既,有梅香,飲落幾甜,勁岩我口味!即刻個人涼曬😌Lunch有4個omakase set,價錢由$620-$1980。我地揀左《鈴 Suzu》$880有前菜,茶碗蒸,剌身5款,一品料理,壽司7款 ,麵豉湯同甜品前菜 : ✨枝豆豆腐,上面係青桃同植物種子,有豆香,好滑✨腐皮,又係滑捋捋,就咁食無乜味,所以加左黑松露同三文魚籽帶出多一層味道同口感✨帶子沙甸魚天婦羅係3個前菜入邊我既最愛。炸得好乾身完全唔油,加埋個茄子mousse食落一啲都唔腥✨茶碗蒸滿滿松葉蟹肉,重蛋香,滑捋捊,加左蜜糖豆(第一次食又真係甜甜地喎😂)刺身:✨鮫鰈魚肉緊實爽脆,配左薑花同柚子啫喱,食落酸酸地✨象拔蚌勁爽口感,簡單配豉油wasabi已可帶出鮮味✨深海池魚成日食嘅深海池魚,肉質厚得黎鮮嫩肥美✨太刀魚係香港既牙帶魚,火炙過食落香口,肉質
