荃灣近來好多食市集中在幾條街,令喜歡食野的朋友更方便去食堂,今晚見到間新開食店叫越一越南牛肉粉專門店,當晚6時多已開始多人光顧,見到很熱鬧。 門面外觀很光亮,加上淺色的裝修及餐桌,是很有家常便飯的溫暖感覺,後來家人一有空便來開餐。先來牛油雞翼,炸雞翼的肉香口溫熱,肉質滑溜又大件。最想叫香滑河粉,於是食生牛肉河粉,將生牛肉在湯河中夾起來吃,牛肉Q彈,清鮮可口,肉質又滑身,要慢慢品嚐牛肉,連湯河都帶有牛肉味道,熱食很開胃。我都見有好多人用另一食法是倒湯檬水同食,下次再來時試試。上湯蘿蔔是幾原汁原味,保持到蘿蔔的特有味道,入口時蘿蔔汁是很天然,味道濃郁是比人當埸潤潤喉嚨的感覺,比食生菜更有質感。當然唔少得叫特色野飲,叫了個椰汁冰,很清涼的。
