To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁岩今日出開灣仔, 行過呢間新開茶餐廳, 外面同普通茶記裝修一樣, 午膳時間幾多人, 呢度有散叫亦有 set lunch, set lunch 有個冬蔭公海鮮會 (飯或意粉), 選了意粉試試, 等左 5-10分鐘上枱, 放係面前呢一碟, 單係賣相已經要俾滿分, 雖然份量好似好少, 但原來都幾夠飽, 而且講明係海鮮, 蝦就一定唔會無, 有兩隻大蝦, 兩隻青口, 仲有魷魚, 蜆肉等等, 意粉同海鮮都好有冬蔭公味道, 最主要佢唔會太酸太辣, 係岩岩好, 餐飲點左凍咖啡, 味道唔錯, 不過冰就多左少少, 可能唔太識用佢既網上點單功能, 原來可以揀少甜少冰, 自己無睇清楚, 唔關餐廳問題另一方面係員工好有禮貌, 地方乾淨, 新開最緊要做到呢 D, 希望一直都 keep 住咁好, 可以再返頭幫襯
