To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我光顧了嘉麟樓很多年,但發現他的點心水準每況愈下,大不如前。前幾個月去飲茶,大部份送到枱上的點心都是溫吞,最後全部給退回去。今次從遊舊地,感覺還可以,小食依然不錯,但為何子薑皮蛋嘅皮蛋不是糖心🤔?我最欣賞他的招牌芋角,外脆內軟濃濃的芋頭味道。亦要一讚他的雞扎,材料十足,內裏的鮑魚更是精髓所在。最後點了一份蛋白杏仁茶:失望!生磨感覺欠奉、杏仁味一般卻嘗到杏仁精的味道,唯一優勝的地方是不太甜。
