Hi, my wife went to Co Thanh restaurant in HK Admiralty tonight 4 Feb 2023 and ordered a glass of pearl milk tea with flan cake. When it came, It is only a pearl milk tea without flan cake. So she asked the Philippine staff and her manager there why without a flan cake, she said that it is transparent. The flan cake in Vietnam is yellow, how could that be transparent ? The manager insisted it is like that in Co Thanh. My wife and her friend both are Vietnamese but even not a Vietnamese the staf

So she asked the Philippine staff and her manager there why without a flan cake, she said that it is transparent. The flan cake in Vietnam is yellow, how could that be transparent [should my money be transparent too when the bill come]? The manager insisted it is like that in Co Thanh. My wife and her friend both are Vietnamese but even not a Vietnamese the staffs should have a basic knowledge for knowing what flan cake look like. The bun she ordered also came without a shimp. The dish get smaller and smaller since the restaurant was moved from Sheung Wan and doubtful the restaurant is still managed by the Vietnamese boss there before. The manager at the end didn't charged the drink but that is a shocking experience.
