海南雞份量比較少,雞油飯又話要等半小時以上(當時係6:30,晚市才剛開始,無可能賣晒掛),結果被迫轉為白飯,變成海南雞白飯,不過收費卻無折扣,即係變相加價; 雞肉去骨帶皮,製法正宗,但質地一般,相信是雪藏肉,幸好不是嚡口或肉質鬆散,算係過得去。豬髀飯就非常離譜,豬髀只得好少肌肉,大部份係肥膏,可以話係一碟豉油脂肪飯,直頭慘不忍睹,雖然唔夠飽,但又唔忿氣追加其他食物,怕中多一次伏,搞到埋單後要去別處食多半餐。
