To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去過呢間永年好多次，講真車仔麵質素嚟講又算不上有咩驚喜，只係普通叫入得口，但員工，特別係收銀那位短髮後生女，態度係出奇地差。當所有客都係犯一樣，叫人唔用安心出行要填紙就係排隊到收銀時從屁股拎個表叫人填，唔怪得條人龍咁長買個車仔麵都咁耐。填咗佢的Google form又死唔信人，話人做錯又乜又物，仲等我從水吧拎住一盤麵加飲品要坐時，中途攔截話要教我填Goggle form。一直跟著我就要證明我係錯。其實咁驚咁怕啲客，就叫所有客人都登記安心出行囉，又驚趕客又要諸多阻撓。睇佢都似藍扮黃。
