知道楓林小館曾在大圍經營超過60年,以紅燒乳鴿、椒鹽蝦等多道招牌菜而聞名。我曾試過銅鑼灣分店,但記得其扣牌乳鴿真的好好吃!今晚朋友相約我到荃灣西飯聚,我就特意挑選位於荃灣廣場的楓林小館。必點《招牌紅燒乳鴿 $78》選用中山石岐的乳鴿用滷水膽先浸泡乳鴿、吊起風乾2個鐘,落單時先即炸。皮脆肉嫩,一拿起就有肉汁緩緩流出,調味又剛好,我完全沒有蘸附隨的淮鹽和喼汁,都十分美味!《清蒸沙巴龍躉仔約一斤 $148》大條又鮮甜肉滑!加埋蒸魚豉油好正,撈飯一流。《啫啫爆滑雞煲 $138》天氣凍想食煲,啫啫雞煲夠晒惹味,雞肉好滑,但原來豬潤更加爆滑!平時小食豬潤的我都覺得這煲豬潤十分美味,既滑又爽口又帶點香糯!《欖角肉碎四季豆 $108》四季豆清甜爽口,但欖角肉碎更吸引!十分惹味帶咸香,下飯一流!餐廳的小菜不錯,但略為油膩。上菜快,環境舒適不嘈吵。下次要再來。*絲苗白飯 $15/碗***茶位 $15**
