To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返回 「Urbanwoods」小睡片刻,誰不知已接近九時,趕緊更衣下樓找吃的!鴨脷洲的食肆較早關門,數家食肆仍在營業的食肆中,我們決定在「越大哥」開餐!「越大哥」是一家越南菜餐廳,晚來了的晚餐更不宜太 Heavy,連飲品凍菊花薑蜜茶 HK$24 和熱越南鹹青檸 HK$20 是甚為健康的選擇!我點了招牌香葉燒肉鮮茄蟹越南粉 HK$74,鮮蝦,豆卜和蔥花等堆得滿滿,第一時間來呷口湯,蕃茄味不算濃厚,鮮味要比蕃茄味道突出,整體味道自然鮮清,感覺蠻舒服的!鮮紅椒的作用是替越南湯粉畫龍點睛,愛辣的我當然全部倒進湯內,再往湯粉擠出青檸汁,後一會辣椒的味道釋放後,蕃茄蟹湯的層次頓時變得精彩,味道變得更加惹味!紅寬河粉是海港城市海防的特產,質感較為厚身與富嚼感,而且掛湯能力相當高,可從紅寬河粉感受到蕃茄蟹湯的滋味,在香港體現越南海防的風味!除了紅寬河粉,這條用紫菜包著香草和牛肉的香葉燒肉亦是驚喜之一。一咬,紫菜內的香氣隨即撲出,香葉與牛肉結合成最佳的越南風味,老公和我也十分喜歡!不過「越南哥」自家包製的香葉燒肉是喜惡分明的食物,若不喜愛香草的人,會嫌它香草味過重,未必能接受!記得另一款燒肉是沒加入香草

老公選了生牛肉雞絲湯河 HK$64。湯頭色澤頗為深濃,呷一口試試,牛香不太強,但也鮮甜自然,總比人工化的重口味為佳!
