To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去尖沙咀上堂，路過此餐廳，老師是越南華裔，我們決定食佢，生牛肉湯河加煎豬扒。地方唔大，但企理整齊乾淨，十分欣賞。服務員親切又善，有問必答。越南咖啡好味，今日好累，所以要加點咖啡。生牛肉湯河的湯底清甜有香草味，令人喝了整碗，當中配菜我最服越南芽菜，同廣式的種類有一點不一樣，佢係中間特別粗大，本身唔長，十分爽口好味。生牛肉在熱湯中瞬間熟透，令人大口大口食完。煎豬扒一碟是切好一片片，可以朋友間互相分享，又熱又入味。
