To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹呢度嘅蟹膏檬粉係其他越南餐廳食唔到，即刻好想試下係乜嘢一回事。所謂嘅蟹膏原來並唔係淨係膏，而係混合咗膏同蟹肉嘅蛋餅，有啲似大閘蟹蟹粉炒蛋，好重蟹味！個湯有落蕃茄，食落酸酸地都幾開胃😋碗粉嘅份量都幾大，女仔食一碗都已經夠飽。除咗蟹膏檬粉，我仲叫咗牛油果沙冰。個沙冰質地好滑，但係得少少甜，我就唔係好飲得慣，下次都係嗌返芒果味穩陣啲😅
