Restaurant: An Nam Pho

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在鰂魚涌,走咗去太古坊附近找嘢食,好多店舖冇開(看似有些地鋪已比地產公司收購咗)。在橫街一連三間越南餐廳,有一間好似坐滿,又有一間無乜人,這間店坐咗一半人還有卡位添,就入去(其實這間在其他地區也試過)。叫咗生牛肉湯河,蕃茄牛腩河,熱奶茶,熱鹹檸檬水。生牛肉湯河夠熱,蕃茄牛腩河D汁就結咗D,D汁濃咗D,牛腩就好腍,兩杯茶飲就OK。地方好似有少少裝修過。其中一個姐姐有禮貌招呼。Overall,味道一般。
